Strength without mobility (and flexibility without strength) creates instability.

Flexibility and mobility are similar concepts.  Flexibility is simply your range of motion.  Mobility encompasses flexibility, but includes joint stability, strength and control and one’s ability to move freely with stability.

Yoga is a practice of creating stability with strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Yoga is designed to meet you exactly where you are. 

There are no flexibility, age or gender requirements! 

Yoga is a practice of tuning into your own body and incorporating strength, mobility, breathwork, rest, and meditation as needed.  There are many different styles and applications of yoga depending on your personal goals and body’s needs.
